Today marks the second Sunday of Advent. The second candle is lit symbolizes Love.

It's so true that every time we seek Love in humans, material things and physical pleasure and when we were disappointed by people or didn't get enough of the material and pleasure, we become angry, sad and frustrated. This happened as we looked for love in the wrong way, at the wrong place and with the wrong intention. We were so consumed by our ego, desires and selfishness that we block ourselves of coming face to face to meet Love.

Love resides in our heart and it demonstrates through our actions, behaviors - in overall, our faith. It's only when we contemplate on the meaning of Love then we will experience it.

This morning while I kneeled down and pray, this verse whispered to me.

"4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away."

I don't understand the cause, the effect and yet to find out the consequences;

but I admit that it exhausted my spirit immensely if I continue to fight against it.

nothing could be more free than to go along with the nature;

to let the mystery unfold by itself, at a correct timing.

A great gain will emerge from this mysterious gift -

Perhaps a spiritual process that points me to deep inner peace;

Perhaps a loving guidance that guardians me to express genuine love;

Perhaps a thoughtful experience that builds me up to be a better self-assured me;

Perhaps a relationship of inspiring love.

Have faith in Him.

I've learned that I shouldn't letting the illusion controls me for it caused me losing patient and letting anxiety eating me up like a demon.  And I definitely hate seeing myself being paranoid, despair and feeling the least attractive with a low self-esteem.


The past relationships happened for some reasons to mould me into a better spiritual and happy person.  They didn't meant to bring me down and made me a less lovable person.  It's foolish of me to let the past failures haunt my way of living.


I know now I have to face and combat the demons in me; and with God's loving grace I can reset my pessimistic views to my originally loving and happy self.  All I need at this stage is my journey with God to walk through the past pains, acknowledge them and banish all the fears estranging my loving nature.


I know at the beginning God made me a loving person with the capability to love and receive love, that's no denial.


And now, the walk with my God experiencing love, hope and forgiveness.  I will emerge into a lovable lady who endowed sure lovable values.


All that needs now is to wait, patiently.  爱要慢慢来， 不慌不忙。
